Our mission To equip Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) companies with the tools, methodologies & knowledge to achieve a transformation in service delivery cost, performance and customer satisfaction. Our methodology We have built and proven the Sequena LASERTM programme (Lean Approach to Service Evaluation and Re-design) an innovative 'lean six sigma' people-based methodology for the capture, analysis, re-design and evaluation of key services/processes within a company or organisation. People-based approach Service delivery staff, as with all of us, are generally fearful of two things: - change itself; and
- information technology!
It is vital these two concerns are addressed right from the start and buy-in must be achieved. LASERTM is designed to take away the fears, to allow people to contribute and ensure the best possible communication. Our approach is well proven in this regard and has achieved dramatic results over the last 24 months. Facilitated workshops are used to capture and analyse the processes, develop proposals for re-engineering and preparation of proposals for change supported by a business case. New ideas are very often “in the room” and need to be captured, explored and proven. LASERTM is highly visual and really proves that a picture ‘tells a thousand words’! The visualisation tool utilised is not intrusive to the participants, has no scare factor in any way and allows for maps showing day-to-day activities to be rapidly built in a group environment with a huge amount of information collected along the way which is vital in understanding the current situation and options for change.
