Version 4.0 of market leading capture tool now available
- New release of Engage! Modeler with state-of-the-art features
- Microsoft .NET implementation for maximum user configurability
Wokingham 17 April, 2009 Sequena announced today that version 4.0 of the market leading lean systems capture and visualisation tool, Engage! Modeler, is now available on general release.
The new version includes several new features:
- full Microsoft .NET implementation
- increased number of process variables including special Lean / 6 Sigma indicators
- custom configuration of screen layout
- choice of swim-lane, time-line or customer-journey value stream process maps
- configurable icon sets extended to include customer own defined and BPMN standard icons
- a new Repository and Viewer for version control and easy publication to customer intranets
- expanded import/export capabilities to Windows workflow foundation, Microsoft Visio, IT-based process tools and BPMN modelling components
Camden Council have bought the new version for process streamlining activities in their Passenger and Accessible Transport (PATS) division and will be using Engage! Modeler to capture, analyse and streamline key processes. Sequena have provided Engage! Modeler together with training and knowledge transfer in the tool and a 'lean systems' based method for carrying out the streamlining activities.
