Camden buy visual capture tool for process streamlining
- New release of Engage! Modeler with state-of-the-art features
- No more post-it notes and rolls of paper in process capture workshops
Wokingham 16 April, 2009 Sequena announced today that Camden Council have bought the Engage! Modeler tool for their process streamlining activities in their Passenger and Accessible Transport Services (PATS) division.
Camden PATS will be carrying out process reviews in their division and will be using Engage! Modeler to capture, analyse and streamline key processes.
Sequena have provided Engage! Modeler together with training and knowledge transfer in the tool and a 'lean systems' based method for carrying out the streamlining activities.
"Engage! Modeler is the leading tool for process capture and visualisation." said William Fell, Managing Director of Sequena. "It has been used extensively in Councils and is now being utilised by Council in-house teams as part of their service improvement and transformation programmes".
