Toolkit and key process reviews make radical improvement

Wokingham 4 November, 2008 Sequena, the UK based service and process transformation company announced today a package of tools & services for Children's Centres across the UK.
Sequena's LASERTM programme identifies key actions to improve the key processes within a Children's Centre. Sequena can also provide a toolkit for the Children's Centre Co-Ordinator to help with specified aspects and improve overall performance:
- stock-take of services being delivered
- parental involvement
- economic evaluation
- targeting services for vulnerable families
- change management with multi-agency teams
- constructing information for the self evaluation form (SEF)
