Ian Crawford to lead Sequena expansion

• Local Government transformation specialist enhances Sequena team

Wokingham, Berkshire March 31, 2008 - Sequena, the UK based business transformation company announced today that Ian Crawford has joined Sequena as Director of Transformation Services for Local Government.

Ian joins Sequena from the Anite organisation, a leading software and services provider to the UK public sector. Sequena have been Anite’s partner for business transformation software and services for the last 4 years and Ian has worked closely with Sequena consultants to deliver service transformation to Anite’s local government customers during that time.

The public sector has an urgent need for service transformation, the radical re-design of service delivery to meet the governments latest Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR07) published in November last year. 

Sequena are experts in ‘lean systems thinking’ and have developed their LASER^TM programme (Lean Approach to Service Evaluation and Re-engineering) for public sector organisations.
