Sequena announces new MyLASER self-improvement efficiency capability for local government
Wokingham, England 13th July, 2006 - Sequena, the UK based business transformation company announced today the MyLASER programme for local authorities in the UK.
Sequena's Local Authority Services Evaluation and Re-engineering programme - LASER, has been expanded and offered as a tailored, robust review process for local authorities to review multiple service areas for the identification and adoption of improved efficiencies and enahanced service delivery.

- Share best practice to be replicated amongst the multiple service areas within the Council – this best practice can come from within the Council and from other Councils
- Improve targeted service areas within the Council to achieve efficiency improvements in-line with Gershon requirements and the Council’s strategic aims
- Carry out the process reviews rapidly, capturing the rich output required very quickly, ensuring real work continues and change is implemented in the fastest possible time to bring cashable savings at the earliest moment
