Robust review process delivers real change for the Council

£90,000 cashable savings against £50,000 target in one department

Efficiency improvement doubles capacity in another department

Wokingham, Berkshire February 23, 2007 - Sequena, the UK based business transformation company announced today that Kennet District Council has published the latest results from the transformation programme implemented using Sequena's transformation software, services and unique methodology.

Sequena’s MyLASERTM programme - ‘My Local Authority Service Evaluation and Re-engineering’ - was implemented at the Council to transform service delivery.
