Sequena began at North Herts with a LASER^TM review of the key processes in the roll-out of the new Waste & Recycling Service including Alternate Weekly Collections. North Herts have since implemented the Sequena lean six sigma based approach as their in-house service transformation programme to review mutliple service areas across the Council.
