Will is the original founder of Sequena and has been in the front-line of performance improvement and service transformation projects in Councils and NHS organisations. This has enabled Will to develop a unique range of skills and understanding necessary to deliver successful transformational change in the public sector today.
A corporate background in IT Software and Services has provided Will with a thorough knowledge of software tools and technology solutions which are a key enabler of transformational change. Will also has significant experience of working at all levels within organisations from front-line staff up to and including executive teams, a crucial aspect in achieving successful outcomes from change programmes.
Will has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Wales and an MSc in Mathematics with Applications form the University of London.
