Ian is a very experienced transformation consultant fluent in lean systems fundamentals and culture change programmes. Ian has 15 years experience in management consultancy roles engaged in performance and change management, process improvement and implementing lean programmes and projects, especially in turn-around situations in a range of public and commercial sectors in different parts of the world.
In 1994, Ian took early retirement from the army and immediately joined a niche management consultancy. In his army service, Ian held a series of management positions in engineering, training and IT. In his consultancy career Ian has worked with Army, RAF and Navy establishments, UK government departments, NHS organisations, local government and private sector clients throughout the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Ian is an accomplished leader and experienced change manager with strong programme and project management skills and in depth knowledge of implementing change and introducing management systems to commercial, defence, government and NHS organisations.
Ian recently completed his MSc in Organisation Consulting at Ashridge Management School.
