Sequena was originally founded in 2002 by William Fell, Paul Gillham and Dr Roger Stokes. We started looking for 'business transformation' opportunities to improve business results for companies and organisations.
It became clear that 'business process' was a fundamental element of business transformation and tools & services were going to be important to help organisations make real improvements. The public sector quickly became an area of focus and a new partnership with the public sector division of the Anite company lead to many projects with Councils to help initially with service improvement and then with service transformation.
Community Services have become an area of focus working with the Allied Health Professions (AHPs) in both NHS organisations and Councils over several years. More recently Transforming Community Services and the Quality-Innovation-Productivity-Prevention (QIPP) agenda are typical assignment topics particularly concerning the provision of integrated care in the community.
Sequena is primarily focused on the Public Sector in Councils and NHS organisations and also available for transformation work in the 'Private Sector'.
We provide individuals or teams to work on service improvement and transformation assignments on a contractor, secondment, interim or project basis.
